Sobre o que é Rail Wars!?

A história de “Rail Wars!” se passa em um mundo paralelo onde o Japão não privatizou suas ferrovias – algo ocorrido em 1987 após a falência da estatal “Japanese National Railways”. Aqui, Naohito Takayama é um estudante comum que sonha em ter um futuro confortável trabalhando na prestigiada estatal, e ele consegue se tornar estagiário na “Railways Security Force”, seção repleta de funcionários incomuns, se destacando entre eles Sakurai, uma mulher encrenqueira que odeia homens. Uma de suas tarefas será lidar com um grupo extremista chamado “RJ”, que planeja privatizar a “Japanese National Railways”.

After seeing the others back to Tokyo while they cleaned up the aftermath of the Hokutosei incident, Naoto and Iida wait at Aomori Station. The engine that will pull their train to Tokyo is the KiHa 381, equipped with a pendulum-style, diesel-fueled gas turbine engine. Shortly after they depart, Naoto hears a strange sound and can't shake the feeling that something isn't right.
